Aaron is responsible for the firm's 32 station call centre and 60 interview staff. Aaron has extensive of experience in the field, with years of experience managing the Call Centre of a major market research firm. Along with managing the call centre he also oversees data collection such as coding and data entry procedures. He continues to apply the interviewing soft skills training concepts to ensure the highest quality and results for the firm's clients. Aaron has proven interpersonal and analytical skills and has extensive experience working in a research-oriented environment.
