Caroline is a data management specialist and a programmer for the firm's CATI system. She has accrued many years of research experience across a wide range of projects including customer satisfaction measurement, advertising awareness, program evaluation and product research. She is a senior statistician highly capable in sample design and advanced analysis.

At Banister Research, Caroline is often responsible for the programming of the questionnaire into the CATI/DASH system. She verifies the integrity of the data entry and data analysis. Caroline is also responsible for generating SPSS data files, syntax files, output files and documenting statistical testing procedures.
