Tracy has more than ten years of experience in research, including work at the University of Alberta followed by eight years of experience in the market research area, including tenures with Criterion Research and the International Results Group. Tracy specializes in the area of data collection logistics, quality control and survey management, having conducting numerous studies for a variety of clients.

Tracy has completed the Summer Institute on Quantitative Analysis of Social Data at the University of Alberta and advanced Statistics Canada workshops for sample selection, questionnaire design and data processing and analysis. Tracy has also completed Master level statistics courses at the University of Alberta as well as advanced SPSS training.

Tracy is actively involved in data analysis activities and documenting study findings, specifically, the combination of multiple data sets, analysis of historical data and additional advanced analysis.
