Evaluation

Overview

Evaluation is the systematic determination of merit, worth and significance of something. It is often used to characterize and assess services, programs or products in a wide range of disciplines including business, education, not-for-profit organizations, government, health care and other social services.

Evaluation is methodologically diverse using both qualitative and quantitative methods that may include case studies, in-depth interviews, survey research, statistical analysis and model building.
